it couldn't have been me
who else could it be
my head is spinning
all i can think about is winning
the prize in the end
not the road that has a bend
the place i want to rest

can I put up with the trial along the way
or will i end up here to stay
I long to explore to places a far

that made me who i am today
even though I had to pay
it was worth it because im on the road
